Question 1:

Woher erfolgt der Versand der Smartphones?
 

We have smartphones in both Germany and China in stock from which we can ship.
 

Shipping from Europe:

3-5 days to the merchandise, free of charge and duty free.
 

Shipping from China:

DHL Versand 5-9 Tage zum Warenerhalt. Es wird die Zollversicherung empfohlen.

Registered airmail (Dutch Post) 15-45 days to the goods receipt.
 

Question 2:

How long does the delivery take?
 

As a rule, 1-5 days are required for procurement until shipping. Afterwards, DHL needs about another 5-9 days from China to Germany.


The registered post needs then again about 15-45 days. (Most of them will receive your goods within 30 days, but there are also only a few who have received them after 60 days.)
 

Question 3:

Was ist die Zollversicherung?
 

By means of the customs insurance, you will be refunded the customs fees from us exclusive capital provision report against the proof of invoicing of incurred customs fees.
 

If no customs duties are incurred, the money for the customs insurance is not repaid.

How do I get my tracking number?
 

You will receive the tracking number automatically by e-mail from our system as soon as the goods are shipped.

Die Webseite benötigt einfach in der Regel 5-15 Tage, damit man die Trackingnummer verfolgen kann. Das ist Normal und man braucht sich hier keine Sorgen zu machen.

If you have registered Registered Airmail, it is normal. Because it can happen in rare cases, that it takes up to 60 days to get your goods.

If you still have not received any goods after 60 days, please contact the service department and you will receive the goods by registered airmail or a refund.
